I loved the room, especially the cozy gas fireplace which added a nice touch. the bed was so comfy, like sleeping on a cloud. the breakfast options with coffee and tea were top-notch, making it a super satisfying morning meal. ☕ Overall, a great start to the day!

Our room was adequate and relaxing with the fireplace, just what was needed. Had a microwave, a refrigerator and glassware at our disposal

Luxurious hotel in a quiet and secure location easy to get uptown or downtown. Location near to restaurants and coffee shops, the lake and restaurants and good buses. Nearby Rocks Lakeview - great place to chill out. Very amiable personnel, a nice size and stocked rooms with a drink and good facilities, for example.

The customer service was amazing, as was the upkeep of the rooms and hotel overall.

The only negative thing I can say is that the water pressure in the showers was almost non-existent. I was almost better off filling a pitcher and pouring that over my head.

The MH is beautifully appointed and welcoming at the same time. Very much at the human scale and the staff very accommodating.

Wished for a towel rod or two in the bathroom, and maybe english muffins at the breakfast. As you can see, there was not much wanting.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The bed was very comfortable also. I also really liked the size of the bathroom, very spacious. I also found it very eco-friendly that the air conditioner had a "power saver" option.

Airconditioning units are pretty loud. Had to switch off the one in the bedroom and leave the one in the living area on so that we didn't hear the noise. Hotel is too old to have central air.

The room was very large for the price. More than enough space for two people. Just a short walk to the El station and a convenient bus is right around the corner. Staff was very helpful.

Window air conditioning units had been recently installed and the cold air came in. Wall heater seemed to help for the bedroom, but the bathroom and living area were cold.

The breakfast here is excellent, especially the coffee and tea, and the location is secure and conveniently close to Belmont Harbor Dog Beach, just a short 10-minute walk away.

Everything!!! A wonderful hotel and great staff. They recommended a wonderful italian restraunt for dinner and places to sight see. I wish we had more days, I will definetly go back and recommened to anyone who asks.

Could not ask for a better experience

The matress was great. Slept very good. Stayed 2 nights and would stay again. Staff was very nice and helped in locating a cab one night and watched for us when they arrived. Had power go out and had no air conditioning and they were prompt in getting it up and running.
